I'm Aimee, 41, wife and mother of 5 children. Since having children, my life has been focused on doing things for everyone else and if there was time left at the end of the day (ha!), I surely wasn't using it to focus on my health. Instead, I'd turn off my brain, sit down with a snack and binge-watch my favorite TV show. Years of pregnancy and surviving the baby/toddler years left me with over 100lbs of extra weight on my 5'5.5" frame (yes, that half inch counts) and the pains that came along with it. I spent a lot of time looking for something that would work - anything to get the weight off. Diet plan after diet plan, I gave it my all, but time and time again, with minimal results, my dedication waned and I jumped off the wagon in grand fashion. Any weight lost would creep back on and I'd find myself frustrated and exhausted all over again, often times gaining more than I'd lost.

In December 2015 I heard about the Ketogenic Diet. I learned that by changing what I ate, I could turn my body into a fat-burning machine - WHAT? You mean to tell me my body will burn my own fat for fuel? - I was sold. On January 7th, 2016 I jumped into the Keto world with both feet and never looked back.  Near instant results that took weeks and months to achieve on other plans, started pouring in fast - pounds lost, inches lost, energy restored, and most of all, hope restored. It didn't take me long to realize that Keto was what I'd been searching for this whole time. Without pills, potions, gimmicks, and only eating real whole food, I lost over 50 lbs within months. My results started to become obvious to others and I had people reaching out for guidance. I was soon pouring everything I'd learned into anyone that was willing and ready to make the changes for themselves. I've spent over a year giving my free time to others, helping anyone who needed it, because I absolutely LOVE to see people succeed with Keto and regain their confidence like I have.

I'm now down almost 120 lbs from my highest weight and consumed by a passion to make the Ketogenic Diet easy to understand and implement for anyone that is READY! If that's you, I'd love to help!

I'm Melissa, almost 44, wife and mother of 5 children. Mom life caught up to me and after a complicated pregnancy followed by a medically fragile miracle child (kid 4) I just ate, and ate, and ATE. Between post-partum depression and overwhelm I gave up on myself and ended up at my heaviest after child number 5. I was fat, tired, cranky, had lots of joint pain, and was just plain miserable. A friend pointed me toward Keto and I gave it a try. After trying every other diet out there over the past 20 years this felt different, it made sense. No gimmicks, no pills, no potions, no magic, just food. Real food, tasty food, food in the right amounts. I started and stopped a few times but got serious in April 2016 and haven't looked back. I'm now down 85 lbs and the lightest and healthiest I've been in 20+ years.

I enjoy playing with my small children, I've fallen in love with weight lifting, I've become a morning person that pops out of bed refreshed and ready to take on the day.
